Sign Installation

All standard commercial surfaces. Stucco, concrete (block and poured), brick, metal panel, EIFS, wood siding, and glass are all part of our regular work. Each surface requires different anchoring hardware and sealants, especially for the moisture and wind conditions in Southwest Florida. We confirm the wall construction during the pre-installation survey and bring the right anchors for the substrate.

Yes. Our crew uses boom lifts, scissor lifts, and bucket trucks for elevated installations, and we operate concrete equipment for monument and pylon footings. For especially tall pylon signs or signs that need crane placement, we coordinate with rigging partners and oversee the lift personally so the installation goes up safely and on schedule.

We handle the sign-side electrical (wiring, transformer or LED driver installation, disconnect switch, weather-rated connections) as part of the installation. For the building-side feed (the circuit from your electrical panel out to the sign location), we either coordinate with a licensed electrician or run that work ourselves depending on permit requirements. Either way, you get one point of contact instead of juggling vendors.

Both. For storefronts where daytime installation would disrupt customers, multi-tenant properties with restricted access windows, or buildings where parking lot closures are an issue, we schedule installations in the evening, overnight, or on weekends. Daytime installs are fine for most other situations. We schedule around your operations, not the other way around.

It varies by sign type. A standard set of channel letters or a wall-mounted cabinet sign is usually a half-day to full-day install. A monument sign with footings spans two to four days (excavation, concrete cure, sign placement, electrical, and finishing). Pylon signs, multi-sign programs, and complex installations are scoped individually with a written timeline before work begins.
